Managing a property can be a full time job – one that you can do without, especially if you already have a full time job or live overseas. For those landlords who don’t want the hassle of managing a property, we offer a full management service and for those who want to be involved in certain aspects of the management, a partial management service at a lower rate.
What It Involves?
We will deal with all matters relating to the tenancy from the initial marketing of the property, finding tenants, drawing up the necessary agreements (with references) and carrying out a full property inspection and inventory check at the end of the tenancy.
We will also carry out regular inspections of the property, co-ordinate all repairs and maintenance and deal with all matters relating to the release of deposits.
The fee (based on the type of service chosen) for the management is taken as a percentage of the gross rents due for the period of the tenancy and a set-up fee will normally be levied at the outset for arranging the tenancy.

For a small additional percentage we also offer a rent guarantee for any default in the payment of rent and undertake eviction proceedings on behalf of the landlord.
